To my niece, Evelyn Kuhn, my Elgin diamond wristwatch and cluster diamond earrings. 4. To my niece, Elizabeth Hebsacker~ my gold band containing four large diamonds of approximately one-half carat each and dianond wedding band. 5. To my nephew, John Hebsacker~ our four antique pewter spoons -- three engraved ~.P., vintage 1820, and one engraved D.H., dated October 20, 1920. ; 6. Any and all of my husband's paintings remaining i in my possession at the time of my death to the following ~ ~ persons, it being my instruction that they make success~ve choice; of same in the order in which their names are hereinafter set , forth, said order of choice to be observed in rotation until ~ the balance of my said paintings has been exhausted: !
