SIXTH: In the event of the prior death of any of the
foregoing beneficiaries, then I hereby give, devise and bequeath
that individual's share to his,or her surviving spouse, and, ~
in the event that his or her spouse is deceased, then I hereby ;
give, devise and bequeath that individual's share to his or her
surviving chi2d or children, in equal shares.
SEVENTH: I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint
my husband, Edward C. Praediger, as Executor of this my Last Will;
and Testament, and, in the event that he shall not survive me,
or in the event of our simultaneous deaths in a common accident
'~~or disaster, then I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint ~
;as Co-Executors of this, my Last Will and Testament, my niece, ~

Virginia C. Mahn, and my nephew, John Hebsacker, the survivor of ~
said persons to act in the event of the prior death, resignation,;
