H. Perform all such acts. take all such proceedings. ~
and exercise all such rights and privileges, although not
specifically mentioned hereinbefore, with relation to any and
all of such estate or trust_property, as if the absolute owner
Chereof, and, in connection therewith, to enter into any
agreements or covenants binding my estate.
NINTH: I direct that my Executor or my alternate
fiducia~y or fiduciaries appointed in his stead, pay out of my
residuary estate, all estate, inheritance, succession and other
taxes assessed by reason of my death, imposed by the government
of the United States, or any State or Territory thereof, in
respect of all property required to be included in my gross
estate for estate or like tax purposes by any of such
governments, whether the property passes under this Will or
otherwise, without contribution by any recipients of any
such property.
IN WI~NESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my
