I, HELEN E. PRAEDIGER, a resident of Somers Point,
County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey, do hereby make, `

publish and declare this as and for a Codicil to my Last Will- (
and Testament hereinbefore executed under date of October 11, ~
1976. ~
FIRST: In amplification of Paragraph SEVENTH which ;
names my husband, Edc~ard C. Praediger, as Executor of my said
Last Will and Testament, I do hereby provide that, in the
event not only of his failure to survive me, or in the event
of our simultaneous deaths in a common accident or disaster,
but also in the event of his resignation, refusal or inability
~~ to serve as Executor, then I do nominate~ constitute and '

~! ~
;; appoint as Co-Executors of my Last Will and Testament dated ;
` October 11, 1976, my niece, Virginia C. Mahn, and my nephew,

~i John Hebsacker. ~ ~

:~ SECOND: In all other respects, I do direct that the
~i provisions of my aforedescribed Last Will and Tesatnent dated
~!
;j October 11, 1976 shall continue in full force and effect.
