ORDER OF FAMILY ADMINISTRATION
With Will
On the Petition of EDWARD C. PRAEDIGER for Family
Administration of the Estate of HELEN E. PRAEDIGER, deceased, the
court finding that the decedent died on the 12th day of January, 1981;
that all interested persons have been served proper notice of this
hearing, or have waived notice thereof; that the material allegations
of the petition are true; and that an Order of Family Administration
should be entered in this estate in accordance with the petition, it
is
ADJUDGED that the will bearing date October 21, 1976,
and attested by Gordon S. Davis and Laura E. Davis as subscribing
and attesting witnesses is admitted to probate according to law, and
for the last will of the decedent.
' ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the
assets of the decedent as follows:
To surviving spouse EDWARD C. PRAEDIGER, 1 Tortuga Lane,
Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, all of the assets of the estate including
savings account of Citizens Federal Savings & Loan ~20249818, checking
account at Port St. Lucie Bank ~26639606, and savings account at Port
St. Lucie Bank ~26639620. '
ADJUDGED FURTHER that those of whom specified parts of
the decedent's estate are assigned by this order shall be entitled to
receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the
right.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that debtors of the decedent, those
holding property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or
other properties of decedent are registered, are authorized and em-
powered to comply with this order by paying, delivering, and trans-
fering to those specified above the parts of the decedent's estate
assigned to them by this order, and shall not be accountable to any-
