The undersigned petitioners allege: r
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as surviv-
ing spouse and two of the heirs at law of the decedent. Their names
and addresses are set forth in paragraph 3 and the name and address of
their attorney is as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, PHAROAH JOHNSON, whose last known address was
350 Baysinger Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, died on October 25,
1976, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in St. Lucie County, State of Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate and of decedent's surviving spouse, their addresses and relati on-
ships to decedent, and the ages of ~any who are m inors, are:
