KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESE~TS, that I, ELZIE ESCLE HILLIS
currently residinR at 17728 Lenore, Detroit, Michigan, being sound of
mind and memory, and not acting under undue influence of any person
whomseover, do make, publish and dec.lare this instrument to be my LAST
WILL AND TESTAMENT in manner and form following:
FIRST: I Hereby expressly revoke all Wills and Testamentary
instrueients heretofore made by me.
SECOND: I direct that my just debts and the expenses incident
to my last illness and death be paid as soon after my decease as conveniently
can be done. I further direct that I be buried /i~~ux~CX~a o~t ~~ ;
,/ ~ determined by my Executrix in her own discretion.

THIRD: I direct that alI inheritance, estate and succession
taxes of every character, whether imposed or assessed upon property passing
under this Will or upon property considered or treated for purposes of
taxation as part of my estate, including taxes imposed or assessed on
account of insurance contracts on my life, be paid out of the residue of my
estate and that no reimbursement therefore be sought from any beneficiary
of this h'ill or from the recipient of any property otherwise passing upon
my death.

FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, both real
~ and personal of every kind and character, of which I may die seized or
possessed, or over which I may have the power of testamentary disposition,
wheresoever situate, to my beloved wife, MARJORIE MONTEZ HILLIS, to be hers
absolutely and forever in fee simple, if she shall be living at my death.
