FIF"PN: In the event my said wife ahall not survive me, or should
our deaths occur simultaneously, or approximately so, or in the saff~e
co~on accident or calamity, or under any circumstances causing doubt as
to which of us survived the other, then I give, devise, and bequeath my
entire estate, both real and personal of which I may die, seized or possessed~
wheresoever situate, to my daughter, DOLLIE ANNA FOX, currently residing
in Oilando, Florida, to be hers absolutely and forever in fee simple. ,
I have knowingly and intentionally made no provision in this M'ill ~
for my daughter DOLLIE ANNA FOX, in the event that my beloved wife,
MARJORIE MONTEZ HILLIS survives me.
