the provisiona of Chapter 733 of the Florida Statutes.
6. The nature of the assets in this estate are personal
property in excess of $10,000 but less than $60,000 consisting of
stock and automobile.
7. Petitioner in unaware of any u~revoked will or eodicil
of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's Last Will, dated January
27, 1976, accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Last Will be admitted
to probate and that OLGA G. IMPERATI and LOUISE IMPERATI be
appointed co-personal representatives of the estate of the dece-
dent. Petitioners waives service of notice of administration.
Under penalties of perjury, We declare that we have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of our know-
ledge and belief.
