For value received, THOMAS E. HENSON hereb'y promises to pay to
INLAND FRUIT CO., a Florida corporation, the Payee, or order, the
principal swn of SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($7,500.00)
DOLLARS with interest from date at the rate of twelve percenti (12$)
per annum on~the unpaid balance to be due one (1) year from the
date of this note, at Post ~ffice Box 1259, Leesburg, Florida, 327~l8,
or such other place as the Payee may designate in writing. The
Maker may pay any part or all of the unpaid principal at any time
before due without payment of premium therefor.
If payment.is not made within thirty (30) days from when due, the
entire unpaid principal and accrued interest shall become due
without notic~ at the option of the holder., and failure to exercise
that option shall not waive the riqht to exercise it in the event
of a subsequent default.
In the event of a default in payment, the Maker will pay all costs
of collection, includinq a reasonable attorne ' Protest is
waived.
