the above estate, and files herewith her Petition for Leave to
Sell Real Property in this cause. Petitioner states as follows:
I. The property in this estate is deacribed as follows:
A. Lot 21, Block 83, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES~ UNIT 9,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
B. Lot 1, Block 83, INDIAN RIVER ESiAT'ES, UNIT 9,
St. Lucie Covnty, Flori~a.
2. '~'he sales would be pursuant to the attache~i contracts
for sale of real property.
3. It would be in the best interest of the estate for
this property to be sold and it is with the consent of all
beneficiaries that this Petition is being filed. (The consents of
all the•beneficiaries are attached hereto).
WNEREFORE, it is requested that this Honorable Court
enter an Order granting this Petition for Leave to Sell the
above-stated real property.
