Prineipal and interest is payable Monthly in equal installments as follows: Beginning
on April 17, 198t~ the sum of ~103.65, and the same amount on the same day of each
month, in each year thereafter, until the entire

in full.
All payments are to be applied first to interest at the rate specified herein upon the

and the balanee of each payment shall be applied to principal.
This note is prepayable in whole or in part at any time without penalty.

If default be macie in the payment of any of the sums or intere~t mer,t~orn~d herein or m said mortgage, or in the performance

Each person liable hereon vrhether maker or endo:ser, hereby •riaives presentment, protest, notice, notice of protest and notice

or default hereunder, or under said mortgage, counsel shall be employec! to coltect this note o. to protect the security of said mortgage.
