Borrower and Lender hereby expressly adopt and incorporate by ceference into thia Mortgage and
hsraby agree to be bound by the covenanta and acFeements contained in Utiform Covenants numbered 1
thcouqh 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbeced i8, 19~ 20~ 22~ and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the of~ce of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property ia located and

Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenanta 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property~ Bocrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described maater form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Pcoper~ty~ Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Bocrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisiona
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortqage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM CONENANTS. Borrawec and I.ender fvrther covenant and ac~ee
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower~ Lender, at Lender's option within twenty yeara
from the date of this Mortgage~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon~ shall be ~ecured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are sscured hersby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage, not including sums advanced in acc odNaEnce hecewith to protect the security of this Mortgage~ exceed
