This cause was heard March 17, 1981, on plaintiff's motion
for preliminary injunction, counsel having regularly appeared on
behalf of plaintiff and de€endants, and the court having heard

of the parties to this cause, and BERNARD R. GIBSON, RAYMON GORDON
and HARVEY BEASLY, JR., and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is
