FINAL JUDGMENT
Z9~is cause having come on to be heard on March 2, 1981 and
the Court having heard argument of counsel for the Plaintiff, and
testimony of the witnesses in attendance, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter and
of the Defendant, FRANCISCO G. SAN JUAN, individually.
2. The default entered against the Defendants is hereby
ratified and approved.
3. That the Defendants, FRANCISCO G. SAN JUAN and ARSENIO ELOY
RODRIGUES entered into the contract admitted into evidence as
Plaintiff's Exhibit 1 as partners and that a partnership did exist
between the two Defendants and this Court has jurisdiction over the ~b ~s'
partnership. - S ~
4. Judgment is rendered in favor of the Plaintiffs r the sum
of Seven Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars ($7,235.00) as

compensatory damages, One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) ~
as punitive damages, and Two Thousand Four Hundred Ten Dollars
($2,410.00) as attorney's fees, for a total of Eleven Thousand One
Hundred Fortg-Five Dollars ($11,145.00), for all of which let
execution issue. .
5. Jurisdiction is reserved to award costs.
