O R D E R
THIS CAIJSE having come on before the Court upon
the Order to Show Cause, Motion for Temporary Injunction, and
Plaintiff appearing by counsel, but the Defendants, ROGER'S
L~ S, INC., and ROGER J. SASS, SR., having defaulted in
appearance, and intervening parties, NAVADA TOOL AND DIE
COMPANY, appearing through counsel and representative, claiming
to be the landlord of Defendant and owner of the premises where
certain items of personalty are located, and Herbert Bright,
a customer of Defendant, ROGERS L 6 S, INC., d/b/a ROGER'S
FURNITURE WAREHOUSE, appearing pro se, but indicating his rep-
resentation by Richard P. Bogosi an, and the Plaintiffs objection
to the Motion to Intervene of NEVADA TOOL AND DIE COMPANY,
the Court having heard [he evidence, comments of counsel and
~ others present, and being otherwise fully advised in the premi-
ses, the Court makes the following findings:
1. The Defendants have been ser~~ed with Notice of
this Hearing in accordance with this Court's Order to Show Cause.
2. The Defendants abandoned the premises at 7U4 Farmers
Market Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the personal property
therein.
3. FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, in placing a guard
upon the property, and otherwise securing it, has voluntarily
and peacefully taken possession of the collateral, pursuant to
its security agreement with the Defendants.
