premises, located at 704 Farmers Market Road, Fort Pierce,
Florida.
S. Herbert Bright has made a deposit upon certain
furniture to be purchased from the Defendant, ROGER'S L 6 S,
INC. d/b/a ROGER'S FURNITURE WAREHOUSE.
WHEREFORE, upon consideration it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE shall open all bays
located upon the premises oi 704 Farmers Market Road, Fort
Pierce, Florida, to inventory all possessions, personalty and
property located therein.
2. That FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, if it deems
reasonable, may move all items and furniture covered by its
security agreement, and lien so as to consolidate the Mortgaged
property.
3. That FLORIDA BANK A'T FORT PIERCE may replace
all locks upon the bays, using its own locks to secure the
same.
4. FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE may otherwise proceed
with its rights as a secured creditor, pursuant to Florida Statute
§679.9.
S. The Motio.~ of Nevada Tool and Dye Company to Inter-
vene is granted.
