hereby reteases the original Obllgors) from further obligations or liability
under the mortgage or note referred to above.
4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a change or amend~nent to the aforementioned promissory note and
mortgage, the provisions of Nhich are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assiqns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) ~rere Mortgagor(s) under said
mortgage and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Associatio~ hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s}
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable o~ the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s). ~
