COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AGREEMENT (Cont'd.)
Chapter all administration~ to have and to hold the same unto
said Assignee and his successors~ legal representatives and
assigns, until such time as all such administrative expenses in ~
said Chapter 11 proceedings, including but not limited to tax
liabilities which may be assessed any Federal, State or Local
taxing suthority for unpaid taxes, penalties or interest arising
during the course of said Chapter 11 administration, are paid and
satisf~ed~ at which time and after performance, compliance and
satisfaction of the foregoing, the agreements, stipulations,
conditions and covenants hereof and any estate created hereby,
shall, cease, terminate and be null and void.
