'BANK to use up to a maximum of ~550,000 of the proceeds o~ the

torneys, Leha~.an & Wasserman, having represented to T~iE RAMAPO
B~NR, and by these presents zeaffirm, thaC except as set fozth ~..n.
the first ordered paragraph -hereof, and except for the clai~a for
counsel fees by Rosen, Gelman &~,Teiss, Debtors ~ counsel in tY-e
condemaation action, there are no other liens, encumbxances or
claims o~ any kind against the Conde.~n.zation Award which are prior
to the lien of TfiE RA.'~1AF0 BANK, and the undersigned attorneys fvx
the Debtors, Receiver, Creditors Co~mittee having consented to .
