the attorneys for the Debtors shall be subordinate to the pay-
monts to which THF RAi-fpp0 BANK shall be entitled out of-the
proceeds of said mortgages. ~
S. As fruther security for the payment of THE RAAfAPO
BA~vK's lien on the Condemnation Award, the Debtors shall, t~ithin
12 days of the date hereof, deliver to the attorneys for THE
RAMAPO BAYK a duly executed second mortgage in a form suffic~ient
for recording, on premises located in St. Lucie County, ~lorida,
at 23Q8 :~orth AI~, Fart Pi~r~e, Flarida, alsa kni~wn as Caral
Cover, Beach Section One, Tract Q, and commonly referred to in
these proceedings as the Beach Club on xhich there is presently
a first mortgage to the Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, on which
there is due not more than ~220,000. -
6. In the event that THE RAI-U1P0 BANK receives, out of
the proceeds of the Condemnation Award, in excess of $62,500 on
account of its lien thereon, then THE RAhIAPO BANK agrees to re-
lease the mortgage described in paragraph 5 hereof. ~In the even
that THE RA~'•1AP0 BAttK does not receive, out of the proceeds of t~~e
Conderanation A-,rard, in excess of $62,500, then it shall continue
to have all of its rights un3er the nortgage described in
paragraph 5 hereof to secure the repayment of the full amount of
its lien on the Condennation Award. -
7. The Debtors and their attorneys agree to execute

and deliver to the attorneys for THE RAHAPO BANK any and all doc-
uments, instrurtents, including without limitation, mortgages and
assignments thereof deemed necessary to carry out the terms and
conditions of this Order.
