This matter having been opened to the Court by ?~iichael,
J. Ferrara, attorney for Bergen Bank of Commerce, and by Lehman
~ Wasserman, attorneys for the Debtors, and it appearing that on

tiarch 6, 1979, this Court entered an Order (the March 6th Order)
validating the lien of Bergen Bank of Commerce in and to the
~
proceeds of a condemnation a~,rard (the Condemnation Award)
described more particularly therein, which Order provided that
the Bergen Bank of Comr~erce lien was subordinate to "the
administrative expenses in these Chapter XI proceedings as may
be fixed by this Court," and it further appearing that the
Debtors have sought the consent of the Bergen Bank of Comnerce to
use up to a naximun of $SS0,000.00 of the proceeds of the
Condemnation A~~ard to make the deposit of funds required by the
