of the SW 1!4 of Section 34, Township South, Range 40 East,
St, Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
Begin at the intersection of the East right of way line of
U.S,~1 Highway and the North right of way line of A-1-A

Highway for a distance of 150 feet; then Northwesterly
parallel to the East ri,ght of way line of U.S. ~1 Highway
a distance of 150 feet; thence Westerly parallel with the

then Southeasterly on the East right of way line of U.S,

the Easterly right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 1, 421.34
feet to the intersection of the North line of State Road A-1-A,
and the point of beginning of the lands herein described:

along the Easterly right of way line of U.S. Highway No 1,
