I, JAMES R. SMITH, presently residing at 416D Sandpiper Drive,
Yiyhg~i.^.t, 32f:f: So~~t!i Fe3eral Hiqhway, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, .
Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils at any
time heretofore made by me.

FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary
expenses by paid as soon after my death as may be convenient and
practicable.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my property and
estate, both real and personal, and wheresoever situate, of which I
die seized and possessed or to which I may be entitled at the time ot
~ my death, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, MILDRED B. SMITH,
if-she survives me.
If my wife, MILDRED 8. SMITH, predeceases.me, or if we die in a
common accident or disaster under such circumstances as render it
difficult or impossible to determine which~of us died first, then I
give, devise and bequeath my said residuary estate to my sons,.ROBERT
,~ BRUCE SMITH and KENNETH OWEN SMITH, in equal shares.

~-~J If either of my said sons predeceases me leaving issue living
at the time of my death, then I give, devise and bequeath the share
to which such son of mine would have been entitled, to such issue,
in equal shares, per stirpes, absolutely.
If either of my said sons predeceases me leaving no issue living
at the time of my death, then I give, devise and bequeath the share
to which such son of mine would have been entitled, to the survivor
of my sons. .
THIRD: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my wife,
MILDRED B. SMITH, to be Personal Representative of this my Last Will
and Testament. In the event of the death, resignation, failure to
qualify or inability to act of my said wife, MILDRED B. SMITH, then I
nominate, constitute and appoint my sons, ROBERT BRUCE SMITH and
KENNETH OWEN SMITH, or the survivor of them, to be substitute Personal
~ Representatives hereunder. •
Having full faith and confidence in my said Personal Representa-
tive-and substitute Personal Representatives herein appointed, I hereby
