The Petitioner, ALLEN S. STOCKI, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as surviving
brother. Petitioner's address is 4542 Pike Avenue, Sarastoa, Florida
33581 and the name and address of the Petitioner's attorney is set
forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, JOHN J. STOCKI, whose last address was 333 North
4th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450 and whose age was 48 and whose
Sociail Security Number is 194-26-0670, died on October 6, 1980 at
Lawnwood Medical Center Hospital, Ft.Pierce Florida, at the time of
death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
