Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
ROGER H. PATTE1tSON, who being first duly sworn, deposes and
says:
1. That Affiant is not the Defendant named as R. Patterson
of 104 Beach Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida, in Case No. 74-1475,
Civil Division of County Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein
Herleik Eriksen is Plaintiff.
2. That Affiant does not lrnow the said Herleik Eriksen and
has never been sued by him, and that the Final Judgment entered
in said Case No. 74-1475 and recorded in 0. R. Book 2.35, page 1682,
and re-recorded in 0, R. Book 237, page 2137, of the public records .
of St. Lucie County, Florida, does n~t pertain to Affiant~ but
to another individuaY.
3. That Affiant is not the Defendant named as R. H. Patterson
of 104 Beach Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida, in Case No. 65-11-329.
Small Claims Court, St. Lucie Coimty, Florida, wherein Maule Indus-
tries, Inc., 5220 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, Florida, is Plaintiff.
4. That Affiant has never done business with Maule Industries,
Inc. of 5220 Biscayne Blvd., rliami, Florida, and has never been
sued by them, and that the Final Judgment entered in said Case No.
65-11-329, and recorded in 0. R. Book 142, page 47, of the pub lic
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, does not pertain to Affiant,
but to another individual.
5. That Affiant resides at 240 Piney Mountain Road, Creen-
ville, S. C., and has never resided at 104 Beach Avenue, Port St.
Lucie, Florida. ~
