wherein Maule Industries, Inc. is Plaintiff and R. H. Patterson,
104 Beach Avenue, Port St. Lucie~ Florida, is Defendant, and
Case No. 74-1475. in the Civil Division of County Court, St.
Lucie County, Florida, wherein Herleik Eriksen is Plaintiff and
R. H. Patterson, 104 Beach Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida, is
DefendanC.
2. That the Defendant named in the above suits is Ralph
H. PatteYSOn, who resides at 104 Beach Avenue, Port St. Lucie, `~
Florida, and is nat the same person as Roger H. Patterson.
3. That at no time has Roger H. Patterson resided at
104 Beach Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida.
