Bamwer and Lender hereby expressty adopt and inco~porate by reference into thia Mortgag~ ~nd ,
hereby agree to be bound by the covenants and agreements contained in Uniform Covenanta numbered 1
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenanta numbered 18~ 19~ 20~ 22, and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Properry is located and
in which this Mortgage ia offered for recard on the date, in the volume and~ at the page as follows:

Such provisions a4 are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19. 20~ 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
refecences to the Property, Borrower~ Lender and Note contained in the above desc~abed master form of
mortgaqe and incorpoeated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledqes receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortqage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UIJIFORM COVENANTS. Bozrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Boaower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortqage~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances~ with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortqage when evidenced by promissory notes statinq that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
qage, not includinq sums advanced in accord o E herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed
the orginal amount of the Note plus US S _ '
