Blocks 6, 16, 17, 25, 26 and 34 of INDRIO UNIT i2, as per
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book S, Page 45 of the Public
Records of ~t. Lucie County, Florida, and the West 1,000
feet of Section 19, Township 34 South, Range 40 East.
Lot 15 to 21, inclusive, of Block S, INDRIO UNIT i2, as
per Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book S, Page 4S of the
Puhlic Records of St. Lucie'Countv. Florida.
The following parcel of land lying in Section 18, Township
34 South, Range 4Q Bast, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southxest corner of said Section 18, thence
run North along the l~est Line of said Section 18, a distance
of 60 f~et; thence run East a distance of 125 feet, more or
less, to tha Southwest corner of Lot 14, Block 34 of INDRIO
UNIT ~2, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book S, Page 45
of the Public Records of St.:Lucie County, Florida; thence
continue East along the South boundary of said Block 34 of
INDRIO UNIT i2 to the Southeast corner of said B1ock 34; thence
run Soc~th a distance of 60 feet, more or less, to the South
boundary line of said Section 18; thence run west aloag the
South boundary line of said Section 18, a distance of 8Z5 .
