A late charge of ~8.63 shall be added to each
installment remaining unpaid seven (7) days
after tis due date, which sum shall be added to
each and every installment which remains unpaid
seven (7)~days after the due date of each succeeding
installment,
(4) Exc+ept as herein expressly amended, modified and changed,
