THIS MORTGAGE MODIFICA~I'ON AGREEMENT CALLS FOR A SALLOON PAYMENT
AND THE FINAL PAYMENT OR THE BALANCE DUE UPON MATURITY OF THE
OBLIGATION AS HEREIN MODIFIED IS $71,853.33, TOGETHER WITH.
ACCRUED INTEREST, IF ANY, AND ALL ADVANCES MADE BY THE MORTGAGEE
UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS MODIFICATION AGREEMENT OR THB ORIGINAL
MORTGAGE HEREIN MODIFIED.

between WILLIAM D. CARLTON and FRANCES S. CARLTON, his wife,
hereinafter called the Mortgagor,and FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE,
a banking corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagee, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable consider-
