North 95.7 feet; thence West 46.6 feet to the Northeast corner of Denmark
Property; thence South along the East line of Denmark Property 95.7
feet to the South line of said Lot 2~; thence East 46.6 feet more or less,
m the Point of Beginning; said land lying in and comprising a part of the
