"Rsneqotia.ble" ia ths titls "Renegotiable Rats Mortqaqe"
msans that the intsrsst rate is subjact to adjustmsnt
pur~uant to th• ~aderal requlations (S~ction g45.6-4a, Titla
12, Code og Federal Rsqnlations). The Lendsr is not required
to barqain wi t1i th~ Borrawer ( s) as to ths intsres t rate f or
any ReaeWal Loaa Tsria. .
I. HALLOON PAYMENT. Should borroaer exercisa his
optioa to repay the outstandinq balancs dus under this
mortqaqe in fu~l rather than renew his.loan for an additional
Reaewal Lcaa Term, then aad in such aveat, tha final payment
dua shall be a balloon payment which shall equal the sum of
the last moathly paymeat due and the outstandinq principal
balaace and accrued interest due imaaediately after receipt
of 9uch payment.
