Upon accekntion uader paragraph 18 hereof or abandonment of the Praperty. Lender shall be entitlod to havt a
rcceiver appointod by a ~~ourt to enter upon. take possession of aad manage the Property aed to rnllect the ~ents of the
Property. including those past due. All rents rnllectod by the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
management of the Property and rnllection of rc~ts, inclt:~ing, but not limited to. rcceiver's fea, premiums on receiver's
6onds and reasonabk attorney's foes. and then to thc sums securcd by tfiis Mortgage. The receiver shall be liable to acxount
o~ly for those rents ntwlly roceivod.
21. F~taK Ad~asce~s. Upoa rcquat by Borrower, l.ender, at Lender s option within twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage, may make Future Advanoes to Bomnwer. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be securod by this
Mortgage when evid~uced by pc~omiasory notes stat+ng lhat said notes are sacured fiercby. At no time shafl the principal
amount of the indebtedaess secured by this Mortaage. not including sums advanced in accordance herewitd to protect the

23. Reka~a UpQn payinent of dl sums secured by this Mortgage. Lender shall nelease this Mortgage without chuge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all costs of ~aordation. if any.
