SATISFACTION OF LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that STUART PAINT & SUPPLY
COMPANY, INC., the Lienor and holder of certain Claims of Lien
filed by STUART PAINT & SUPPLY COMPANY, INC., against PETER P. and
CARMEL E. NAIMO, bearing the dates of the 3rd day of January, 1980,
and the 31st day of March, 1980, and recorded in Official Record
Book 323, Page 875, and Official Record Book 328, Page 2624, in
the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
State of Florida, claiming a lien in the sum of One Thousand Six
Hundred Ninety-one and 82/100 ($1,691.82) Dollars upon the following
described real property, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
Lot 16, Block 409, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 3,
according to the plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 12, Pages 13, 13A-13I, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
has received full payment of said Claims of Lien, and does hereby
acknowledge satisfaction of said Claims of Lien, and hereby directs
the Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the same STUART PAINT & SUPPLY COMPANY,
INC., has caused this instrument to be executed and its corporate
seal affixed by its duly authorized officer this /p T day of
