FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE
This cause having come on this day for hearing on plaintiff's
motion for final judgment of foreclosure on plaintiff's complaint
and the evidence offered in support of such complairit, and the
Court having noted that due and legal service of process was
obtained upon the defendants, Dalton K. Garrett; Bernie Thames and
Alexandria Thames, his wife; and C. R. Ashley, d/b/a Taylor Ashley;
that a default has been entered against each of said defendants for
their failure to serve any papers on the plaintiff or to file any
papers as required by law, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is, upon consideration
ORDERED AND,ApJUDGED:
1. That due and legal service of process has been had upon
the defendants, Dalton K. Garrett; Bernie Thames and Alexandria
Thames,his wife, and C. R. Ashley, d/b/a Taylor Ashley; that the
default previously entered in this cause against the said defendants
is hereby ratified and confirmed; that this Court has jurisdiction
of the subject matter of this cause and the parties hereto; that
the allegations contained in the complaint have been proved by
competent evidence and the equities in this cause are with the
plaintiff.
