the incompetent has been a resident of St. Lucie Caunty for approxi-
mately 20 y~ars.
8. Gwen Dech Eckert; is stii juris and otherwise qualified
under the laws of filorida to act as guardian of the Ferson and prop-
erty of the incompetent, and is entitled to preference because she
is the daughter of the incom~~etent and is ready, ~villing and able to
conduct the affairs of the incompetent,
9. Reasonable search has been made, and any of the in-
formation required by Florida la~a and by the applicable Florida Rules
of Probate and Guardianship Procedure that is not set forth in full
a~ove cannot be ascertained without delay that would adversely
affect the incompetent oi- the incompetent's property.

appointed as guardian of the person and property of the incompetent.
