ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
The Petition of GWEN DECN ECKERT for the appointment of
a guardian of the pei-son and property of WALTER DECt~, coming on
this day to be heard and it appearing to the Court that said per-
son is incempetent because of organic brain synurome, severe
cerebral atrophy, bilateral carotid disease, sclerosis oi aorta,
and inability to care fQr himself and that it is necessary for a
guardian to be appointed; and the Court having jurisdiction and
being fully advised; it is
AD.IUDGED that GtVIiN DECH ECKERT is hereby appointed as
~ guardian of the person and proper.ty of {vALTER DECH, incompetent.
ADJUDGED FURTHER that said G1VEN DECH ECKERT is required
to file a bond in the amount of ~~~. payable to the
Governor of the State of Florida and to his successors in office,
conditioned on the faithful performance of all duties by the
guardian, according to law.
