Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges that this
purchase of a condomini~un unit at QCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is subject
ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condomini~an as to the condominium in
which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim-
ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominium or re-
ferred ~o therein)~ the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
the ttules and Hegulations, copy ot` pro~eccea opera~ing ouaget, copy oi ~aic~
brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners
Association; and Purchaser further acknoWledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
plan, and acknowledges t.hat each and every provision of the foregoing fs essen-
tial~ to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property
and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the or+ners therein.
Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condomiriium coven-
ant and agree to abide by each and every provision bf said Declaration and
Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condom~ni un and Exhibits
attached thereto, and agrees that the 3ssessment under the Property Owner's
Association doc~unents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
ahle, fair and eqiiitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property OWner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations ~inder said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assu:°:~s the obligations as to the
Property OWner's Association as to his condomi~iu~~ parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiutrc and Exhibits attached thereto, and
the common expenses and the s;uns due under the Property Owner's Association and
other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may cne be relied upon except Where the same is specifically uarranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
