ORDER
THIS CAUSE, havin~ come on to be heard on the former
Husband, LEONARD WASHINGTON'S Motion For Contempt and the former
Wife, GERALDINE WASHINGTON'S Motion For Modification, and the
Caurt having considered argument of counsel, upon consideration,
it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND•ADJUDGED that the former {Vife, GERALDINE
WRIGHT f/k/a GERALDINE WASHINGTON is hereby ordered.to pay the
outstanding arrearage, said amount being $2,28~.50, to the former
Husband, LEONARD IYASHINGTON within ninety (90) days of the date
of this Order. If said amount is not paid in full within the
90-dav period, the said GERALDINE WRIGHT shall be in contempt of
this Court and shall spend thi:ty (30) days in the St. Lucie County
Jail.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the payment of permanent periodic
alimony is hereby abated during the period of time that GERALDINE
WRIGHT is out of work as a direct result of her medical condition
due to the surgery y-hich was performed in January, 1981.
It is .further
nRDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said GERALDINE ItiRIGHT f/k/a
G""~'~.DINE h'ASHI?VGTON is hereby ordered to pay the sum of $300.00
~~ a reasonable attorney's fee to ROBERT C. HACKNEY, ~SQUIRE, for
