ORDER ON CONTEMPT
This cause coming on for hearing upon the Motion for
Contempt and Notice of Nearing filed herein and the Court
after having considered the testimony o~ the respective
parties, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that ~
the Husband is in wilfull contempt of that Final Judgment
Dissolution of Marriage entered the lst day of May, 1980, in
that the Husband has failed to pay child support and is
currently $210.00 in arrears.
WNEREUPON it is
ORDERED that the Hiisband, THOt1AS ALLEN JACOBSON, is
.
' hereby adjudged to be in contempt of Court for his failure to
' pay child support payments as directed by said-Order and is
sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the County jail of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and the Sheriff of St. Lucie~County,
and all and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Flarida are
hereby directed to immediately take said respondent into
custody and to incarcerate him in said County Jail for said
period of time, unless said Husband purges himself as
hereinafter provided.
Said Husband may purge himse~f b~ paying to the Wife, the
sum of $210.00 within thfrty (30) days from the date of this
order. Said payment shall be made through the Clerk of the
Court, in cash, cashier's check or money order.
