respective parties hereto having appeared before this Court
with Counsel and the Court having taken testimony of the
parties and the Court having heard argument of Counsel, and
the Court havir~g given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the ~r~arriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AP:D ADJUDGED as follows:
1, DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
Mr~RGARET L. GAHN and HENRY A. GAHN be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed irom the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between ;

them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~

2. CliSTGUY. Custody ot JAIrIES K. GAHi3 and MiCi-it~~L C. Gl~Hiv, ~
minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to MARGARET L.
GAHN with reasonable visitation rights reserved to HENRY A. GAHN.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 13th day of March, 1981, HENRY

A. GAHN shall pay to MARGARET L. GAHN the sum of $40.00 each and
every week for the support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to MARGARET L. GAHN. In addition,
