HomeMy WebLinkAbout0082there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash~ money order or cashier's check. Both of the '
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
Order is in effect.
4. MEDICAL EXPENSES. HENRY A. GAHN shall maintain a
medical insurance policy for the benefit of the minor children
of the parties and that any medical expenses not covered by the
insurance policy. i.e., drugs, dentists, hospitals, doctors,
optical and reasonable orthodontic care, shall be borne by the
parties one-half each.
5. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines that th~ Husband,
HENRY A. GAHN, should be responsible for a reasonable portion of
the attorney's fees incurred by the Wife and that he should pay
towards the Wife's attorney's fees the sum of $50.00 within
sixty ~60) days from date hereof. _

6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction af this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
