THIS CAUSE havina come c~n to be heard un~n t-hP pQt-i ri ~n

of BARBARA ORDWAY KESSNER to Unseal the Record And Disclose Infor-
mation and the Court having heard arguments of counsel, the Court
having unsealed the record in camera, in~the presence of the Peti-
tioner and her counsel pursuant to the Order of this Court entered
February 13, 1981, and otherwise being advised in the premises,
it is therefore
ORDERED.AND ADJUDGED that Broward General Hospital, Fort
Lauderdale, Florida, or any proqeny, the State of Florida Bureau of
Vital Statistics, the State of Florida Department Of Health And Re-
habilitative Services and any other state, local, federal or private
agency, department or graup shall hereby release any and all infor-
mation they may have regarding the birth and adoption of a baby girl
known BABY BAALS, a/k/a BARBARA ORDWAY KESSNER, born to JANET RUTH
BAALS on or about April 2, 1953, and adopted by C. F. ORDWAY, JR.,
and.MARY GUY ORDWAY, his wife, by Final Judgment of this Court on or

to, any and all medical information relating to the natural parents
of the female baby child, addresses and any other information relating
to the address of the natural parents at the time of the birth of the

child, a coby of the original birth certificate of the female baby
