contempt filed by each party, and the husband's motion for modification
of child custod; .
The Court having heard the contempt motions,found the husband in
contempt for arrearage in child support and sentenced him to a jail
sentence with a purge provision if paym~ent was made within 48 hours.
Payment was immediately made making the issue moot.
The wife was faund in contempt for failure to return the children
to the jurisdiction of this court as set forth in a previous court
order. It is, therefore,
.ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the wife shall be responsible for all
travel expenses for both minor children to travel from New York to
Fort Pierce and return for the spring school vacation and su~ner
vacation for the year 1981.
Regarding the husband's motion for modification, the Court finds
from the evidence that it is in the best interest of the children that

remain in New York City where she and the children now reside. The
husband's visitation shall be modified. He shall be entitled to each
spring school ,~acation and each su~ner vacation. During the summer ~
vacation, arrangements shall be made so that the children shall arrive

in Florida one (1) week after the end of the school term and shall
remain in the custody of the former husband until one (1) week prior
to the beginning of the next school term. During the summer months
the husband's child support obligation sha21 be suspended.
