Christmas vacation shall. be as follows: The children shall spend the
first half of said vacation with one narent and the second half with
the other, with the parents alternating the time neriods in successive
years beginnin~ with the Husband having visitation in Florida for the
first half of the 1981 school Christmas vacation and the tdife having
the second half. During the 1982 school Christmas vacation, the for*ner

and shall arran~e for vi~itation with the former Husband during the
second half. The following years will alternate in the same manner.
Transportation costs for these vacation periods will also be divided
equally between the former Husband~ RON LANDY and the former 4Jife,
ROCHELLE ROKAt•], f/k/a ROCHELLE LANDY.
It is further
ORDERED and adjudged that_during the other times oF the year not
specified above, the former Husband shall have reasonable visitation
ri~hts. In the event that the former Husband desires visitation in the
New York area during any of these time periods not specified above, he
shall give the former t~ife 72 hcurs prior notice and shall then be
afforded the right to reasonable visitation.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the paternal Grandparents shall have
reasonable visitation rights. The paternal Grandparents shall have
the riQht to visit with the children•-for one weekend durin~ the month.
The Grandparents shall a?so have reasonable visitation ri~hts two
Saturdays and two Sundays during the afternoon hours when the children's
religious school is in session. Furthermore, upon giving ~he former
t~life 24 hours notice, they r.tay visit with the children any day that
they are in the area. ~
