4. w'ith regard to the mortgaqe payment due on the prop-
erty owned by the parties in Marion County, the [~'ife shall contin
to receive the rental vayment from the parties' marital home on
Jasmine Avenue in Fort Pierce. The ~aife is hereby ~irecCed to
a~ply the proceeds of said rental to the mortqage payment due on
the Marion County property. Additionally, the Husband shall
sup~lement said payment in the amount•of One Hundred Seventy-eight
Dollars ($178.00) per month payable to Dykes Realty, sent c/o the ~'
Wife. The Wife is hereby directed to apply such payment to the
Marion County property mortqage. The W.ife shall provide the
Husband each month with~a receipt evidenciny the nayment o£ the
Marion County mortgage.
5. The Husband is hereby directed•to continue payment of
tne mortqages due on the parties' marital home on Jasmine Avenue
lin Fort Pierce.
' 6. The Wife is hereby qranted temnorary custody of. the
minor children of the parties.
7. The Wife is directed and enjoined from interferina
with, harrassing, contactinq, or otherwise cominq about the
ibusiness of the Husband for any reason whatsoever or from making
any telephone calls to the Husband at said business, or from
contacting any employees of said business known as Tru-KiI
Exterminating Co. of Fort Pierce, Inc.
8. The Court hereby reserves jurisdiction for entry of
~such further orders as may be deemed appropriate upon application
~~of either party.
9. The Sheriff of St. Lucie County, and his author.ized
