This cause came on for trial on the 12th day of March, 1981,
and the Court having given f~ll consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband~and
Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE:
The marriage between JOANN
BERRY, [9ife, and WILLIAM H. BERRY, Husband, be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each o~ them are hsreby forever
freed from the bonds af matrimony heretofore existing between them
and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. MUTUAL RESTRAINING ORDER: The parties hereto and all
persons acting by, through or under the, are hereby enjoined and
restrained from interfering with, molesting, annoyinq, harassinq,
belittling, or using physical violence each with the other. Al1 and
singular the Sheriffs of the State of. Florida are hereby directed to
render such assistance to either as may be necessary in insuring the
compliance with this Order, without further Order of this Court.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this ~day of
