Real Property Aet, Florida Statutes, Chapter 12, as to said 1Rortgage and Deed of 'h~ust, as
supulemented, and did cause said Notice to be recocded on the 20th day oi December, 19 i 3 in 0.8. Book
222 at page 135 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Plocida.
WHEByAS, it has been c~rtified to the Corporate T`rustee that the Company is not in default
in the payment of the interest on any 5onds outstanding under said Viortgage and Deed of Trust and that
none of the defaults defined in Section 65 of said Mortgage and Deed of 'IYust has occurred; and
