of 'h~ust, is in receipt of the Cectified Copy of Resolutions, an Officers' Certificate, Engineer's
Certificate and Further Engineec's Certificate, and Opinion of Counsel, all as eequired by the provisions
of said Section 59;
NOW, THEREFORE, Bankers '11~ust Company and Florida First National Bank of Jacksonville,
in consideration of the premises and pursuant to the authority vested in them as 'I~ustees under said
Mortgage and Deed of 'l~ust, do hereby release, remise and quitclaim unto the Compeny all the right,
title and interest of such 'h~ustees in and to the following described real propecty situated in:

A parcel of land varying in width from 660 feet to 810 feet
lying Southeasterly of and adjacent to the Florida East Coast
Railroad (Fort Pierce Cut-Off) right of way, the parcel
